The programme itself takes about 2 years to complete. It is taught in English. In total, students study 27 courses which cover the main aspects of management activities. While studying, participants have an opportunity to optimise their own work as every course ends with a practical business project supported by or in conjunction with professorial assistance.
In addition to these courses, students participate in six weekly residential periods with IBR professors drawn from various countries of the world. Residential periods take place either in the student's home country, or selected countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. Applicants have the possibility to select residentials in those countries that they prefer. Details are available at local IBR offices.
IBR offers students to participate in 40 business consultations after working hours or on the weekends. Through web conferencing technology students have the possibility to interact with their course professors.
In contrast to the stereotype that studying is time consuming, the programme saves time by giving students the opportunity to apply every course to the practical needs of their businesses, helping combine work with study. IBR grants a maximum of freedom, adjusting studies to the strenuous work schedule of the participants.
To enter the programme it is necessary to go through a selection process based on assessment of prior education, professional and personal experience.
