Studying this course gave me an absolutely new vision about selection and recruitment processes. It structured my approach in this sphere. Before studying this course I had understanding of the requirements and obligatory features, which MR should have, but I had no idea that alternative approaches were possible because standard requirements seemed so natural, essential and logical.

Appraisal:
The mastering the course “Appraisal & Performance of Human Resources” gave to me the new view for this process. I have realized that NN appraisal system is very clear and developed. But in every situation there is place for improvement. Appraisal and development system could be the formal procedure of filling in the forms, but the constructive attitude to this procedure can give the powerful tool for evaluation of current situation, detecting the weak points and develop the improvement process. After evaluation the system of “Appraisal & Performance of Human Resources” in NNUA office, I have proposed to General Manager and management group the action list for the improvement of the appraisal and people development process in order to develop the NNUA business and NNUA employees more effective
