German Global MBA
Your workplace becomes the MBA
The German model of executive education—proven internationally for more than 25 years.
The German Global MBA is built around your professional reality. You apply every course to your role, organisation, industry and current management challenges—turning academic learning into decisions, implemented solutions and measurable value at work.
Experienced professors work with you as management consultants. They question assumptions, challenge decisions and help you improve the solutions you implement in your workplace.
You continue in your career while developing the cross-functional perspective and executive capability required at the next level. Selected international residentials add global exposure without disconnecting you from your workplace or personal life.
Value creation does not wait for graduation. It begins with the first course.
Why do people pay more for a BMW?
They expect German engineering, performance and quality—and an experience that goes far beyond transportation alone.
The same question applies to an MBA.
Many programmes award the same three letters. The decisive difference is the value you and your organisation receive beyond the degree.
From the first course, participants use the German Global MBA to create change in their organisations. They have rescued businesses from bankruptcy, entered new markets, launched companies ahead of industry disruption and transformed organisational performance—while still studying.
The German Global MBA costs more because it delivers more than a standardised online qualification.
Made in Germany makes the premium worthwhile.
Your workplace—not a case study—drives the MBA.
This is not a traditional MBA. Many MBA programmes describe themselves as practical because they use case studies or conclude with one applied project. In the German Global MBA, your workplace is not an example added to the curriculum. It is the organising principle of the entire programme.
Across 24 workplace assignments, you apply every course to your workplace. You define the problem, examine evidence, question assumptions, make decisions and develop solutions for implementation at work.
Your learning is not complete when a course ends. Your ideas must withstand organisational reality, your decisions must produce change and your solutions must generate measurable value. Otherwise, knowledge has not yet become management.
24 workplace assignments. 24 times knowledge must prove its value.
The MBA adapts to you
Most MBAs personalise a fixed curriculum by offering electives. The German Global MBA revolutionises that model: every course is built around your responsibilities, challenges and ambitions—while every participant meets the same rigorous academic standards.
Building your own company? Use every course to develop and grow your business.
Moving into executive management? Develop the cross-functional perspective and decision-making capability required to take on executive responsibility.
Already leading? Challenge assumptions, solve strategic problems and transform your organisation’s performance.
One cohort of up to 20 participants. Up to 20 individual MBA journeys.
Professors are your management consultants.
Scalable online MBAs separate course design, tutoring and assessment. The German Global MBA gives you direct access to experienced professors who work with you as management consultants.
They:
- question your assumptions,
- challenge your decisions, and
- help you improve the solutions you implement in your workplace.
They do not solve your management challenges for you. They help you develop the judgement and capability to solve them yourself.
Assessors judge your work. Your professors help you improve it.
Management is a craft—and the entire MBA is your training ground.
You do not become an effective leader by completing a leadership course. You develop leadership by practising it. The same applies to critical thinking, creative problem-solving and communicating ideas convincingly.
In the Global MBA, you train these skills throughout the entire programme. You repeatedly question assumptions, develop alternatives, defend your reasoning and work with others to turn ideas into results. Your professors coach you, challenge you and help you recognise where you need to improve.
Each module brings another opportunity to practise. Over two years, you strengthen the skills and judgement that effective management demands—until they become part of how you work.
See what changed while they were still studying
Hear from graduates who applied their learning, introduced changes in their organisations and developed as managers during their Global MBA.
Watch their first-hand accounts or explore written testimonials by module and area of focus—to discover experiences relevant to your own role and ambitions.
Your MBA is individual. Your learning journey is shared.
Your MBA is built around your professional reality. Along the way, you learn with fellow professionals who bring different industries, cultures and management experiences into the conversation.
They question your ideas, share their experience and help you see your challenges from new perspectives. You do the same for them.
International residentials bring you together in person, creating space to work alongside one another, build trust and form friendships. For many of our graduates, these relationships are among the most valued parts of their MBA experience.
