Global MA in Management
The Global MA specialising in management is a transformational journey of discipleship focused on helping you develop management excellence at your workplace, your company, or a company you are planning to set up.
By inviting IBR to walk with students on this journey, they are taking hold of a unique opportunity to deepen their faith while simultaneously developing the knowledge to flourish in management. We assist them by developing a mentor team that walks with them throughout the entire programme.
The MA is a blend of intensive learning experiences and assignments that are designed as practical in-company projects. It is the best example of a truly work integrated MA, rooted in the experience of the German dual-education. We conduct six weekly intensive learning experiences with IBR MBA faculty members in Europe, Asia, Australia, America, and Africa. Locations of intensive learning experiences depend on your country of residence. With a maximum of 20 students, classes are small to allow personal interaction between professors and students.
In addition to intensive learning experiences, assignments are pitched to optimise bottom-line performance at our students‘ workplace thus creating real value for their employers. We complement each assignment with tutorial sessions, which allow faculty to coach you professionally, academically, and spiritually.

There is no better way to learn
There is no better way to learn since our students work in parallel to their degree, managing in-house projects for their “sponsoring company” whilst they are coached actively by our faculty mentors, who are also active members of the business, academic and faith community. This approach enables them to use the knowledge they have gained to create new knowledge that that can be circulated immediately at their workplace and applied to new solutions, products, and services.
Thus, our students and their sponsoring company benefit from the word go. If students are unable to demonstrate a bottom-line benefit to their sponsor of a minimum of 5 times the tuition fee they will be unlikely to graduate.
