Global MA in Management
The Global MA specialising in management is a transformational journey of discipleship focused on helping you develop management excellence at your workplace, your company, or a company you are planning to set up.
By inviting IBR to walk with you on this journey, you have a unique opportunity to deepen your faith while simultaneously developing the knowledge to flourish in management. We assist you by developing a mentor team that walks with you throughout the entire programme.
The MA is a blend of residential learning experiences and assignments that are designed as practical in-company projects. It is the best example of a truly work integrated MA, rooted in the experience of the German dual-education. We conduct six weekly residential workshops with IBR MBA faculty members in Europe, Asia, Australia, America, and Africa. Locations of these workshops depend on your country of residence. With a maximum of 20 students, classes are small to allow personal interaction between professors and you.
In addition to residential periods, assignments are pitched to optimise bottom-line performance at your workplace thus creating real value for your employers. We complement each assignment with tutorial sessions, which allow faculty to coach you professionally, academically, and spiritually.

There is no better way to learn
There is no better way to learn since you work alongside to your academic studies, managing in-house projects for your “sponsoring company” whilst you are coached actively by our faculty mentors, who are also active members of the business, academic and faith community. This approach enables you to use the knowledge you have gained to create new knowledge that can be circulated immediately at your workplace and applied to new solutions, products, and services.
Thus, you and your sponsoring company benefit from the word go. If you are unable to demonstrate a bottom-line benefit to your sponsor of a minimum of 5 times the tuition fee you will be unlikely to graduate.
